Baronial Business Meeting / Populace Meeting
The Baronial Business Meeting is held on the fourth Thursday of each month at Stan's Restaurant in Blackfoot. The meeting begins at 7:30 PM and lasts until all the business for the month is completed. (Usually no later then 10 PM) Officers of the Barony are expected to attend. The meeting is open to all members of the populace who wish to attend, and we encourage you to do so.
Directions:
From the North - On I-15 take exit 93 and turn left. Follow the road. (It becomes Judicial fairly quickly. There are many twists and curves in this road but don't turn off and you will be ok.) Continue merrily forward. (If you try to go straight you'll hit a building!) Eventually you will come to an intersection with W. Main Street. Turn Left. Go ~3 or 4 blocks. The restaurant is on the left side of the road. You really can't miss it!
(If taking the Old Highway from Idaho Falls: The restaurant is on the right just before Alice St.
From the South - On I-15 take exit 89 and turn left. Follow the road up past the third traffic light (Alice) and go up 1 or 2 more blocks. The restaurant is on the left. You really can't miss it!

Arts and Sciences
Baronial Arts and Sciences meetings have a habit of migration. The
2nd Wednesday A&S is in IF at Lord James
and Lady Rosslyn's home (1225 S. Holmes). The 4th Wednesday A&S
is in Pocatello at Lord Marcello and Lady Arianna's
home (243 Park). Starting time for both is 7pm.
Just bring the projects that you are working on, or need help with.

Fighter Practices
Fighter practice for One Thousand Eyes is held once a week on
Thursdays
in Blackfoot. It starts around 7pm and goes until everybody leaves.
There
is both heavy and rapier fighting. There is also dancing, heraldic
consultation,
and various other activities taking place (YEA! Something for
everybody!!).
During the cold frozen winter months, (Beginning of September to the end of May) fighter practice is being held at the American Legion Hall. The day remains Thursday. The time remains 7pm till whenever. And, there is still something going on for everybody!

About 2 blocks up, on your right will be a yellow/gray, stone building. There is a big Tank on the lawn. You really can't miss it!
During the summer months, (Please note that fighter practice will move back inside @ blackfoot site for the winter months. Announcements will always be made prior to switch. It will also be posted on the announcements page.) fighter practice moves outside and to Tauphtas Park in Idaho Falls, Thursdays @ 7pm by the tennis courts.
Directions:
Tauphtaus Park is located on S. Boulevard in Idaho Falls between Sunnyside Rd and 17th St. The enterance to the park is located approx. 1/4 mile north of Sunnyside Rd. After entering the park follow the road as it curves first to the right, then there is a curve to the left up a hill. Follow the road left up the hill to the tennis courts.
There is also the Tuesday Night fighter practice in Pocatello!
They are held on Tuesday nights @ 7pm during the summer months. They generally start at 6pm and go until it either gets to dark or the fighters get too tired. It is held at Alameda Park in Pocatello.
Directions:
From the North: Go to Pocatello Creek exit (exit 71). Follow the curve to the right which bypasses the light.
Now at this point you should be on Pocatello Creek road heading westish. Turn Left at the first light you come to (Jefferson). Go down Jefferson (this is heading south for the direction impaired) to the first light you come to (this will be Pine street), and turn right (west). The park will be on your right about two blocks down. Look for the smallish red brick building (the bathroom). We're near there.
From the South: Same, only when you get off at Pocatello Creek exit, turn left, and go forward through the light just on the other side of the freeway then follow directions in blue as listed above.
